The remoteapps service has changed.
The new service is in two parts.
- Access to on-premises servers using Remote Desktop (RDP) (see help)
- Access to other applications such as Office 365 via Cloud PC (Windows 365) if you have been assigned a license.
- To request a license for Cloud PC (Windows 365) if you have not been assigned a license, or if you are a previous user of remoteapps and have an urgent access need that is no longer working, please contact the ICT Service Desk on 02 62141255 or servicedesk@ausport.gov.au or log a ticket in Resolve.
The old remoteapps service was terminated on 30 June 2023.
